Aren't they saccharine sweet? I think they're more than that. They're awesome!
In the past, I used to think that having a best friend means that you guys must take many pictures together and upload at fb, calling each other everyday, going to and back from school together, buying small gifts for each other everytime, and sms each other sweetly like "I miss you, love you always, *kiss kiss, a lot of smiley faces and hearts and loves". TOTALLY WRONG! I'd been friends with LL for so long and we seldom text each other that way! Esp towards Jill! Whoa, her tone is as if she's mad at you or what! But at the end of the day, we know that we care for each other!
I remember there was this period of time, where I didn't talk to Jill & WF for weeks except conferencing at my fb wall occassionally, so after I met up with her, I complained:
"Do you know during the exam period where I rarely talk to you guys,
you(referring to jill) didn't even mention you miss me! I
thought you don't care about me anymore :( "
She replied: "Of course I won't say I miss you! I didn't even say that to my boyf! That's so mushy can!"
Hahahaha. Now I know why! The way she shows that she care is through NAGGING! As for LL, we'd got telepathy power. So we can be really busy with our work, never see each other for weeks(even though we're in the same school), yet when we're back together, our friendship still remain strong! For WF and S, they're more direct & straightforward. Whether they miss or don't miss me, they'll be frank with me.
Therefore, don't be hoodwink by what you see on the surface. Things may not go that way afterall! Like the saying goes, distance makes the heart fonder. Btw, good things don't come easy. In this case, strong friendship isn't smooth sailing. I remember quarelling with LL countless of times when we're in pri & sec school. Nev

And she's shouting for me to go out to watch Camprock 2 at disney channel NOW! Wth. Like that how to finish my post, I'm at the most sentimental moment right now. ertherless, as we grow older, we become more matured and understand each other more. I think right after we enrolled into JC, we DIDN'T EVEN BICKER with each other and LOVE EACH OTHER MORE! :D:D
And for Jill, she seldom nag at me now except SOMETIMES only! I think I'm forever an immature kid in her eyes! She's like a big sister to me even though I'm born earlier than her! Hahahahahaha. Forever looking after me and protecting me. HEE HEE.
I do have close guy friend. My one & only brother-Xj. He used to bully me in pri school days asking protection fees from me. WTF? I hate him in pri school days because after he threatened me to give him $2 almost everyday, I'd got only $0.50 left. B'cos I'd got not enough money to eat, I used them to buy erasers. Those selling for $0.10 each. We became closer in sec school EVEN THOUGH we went to different schools! Hahahahaha.
To sum it all up, I think good friends are hard to come by. If you have one or more now, cherish them before it's too late. It's all about compromising having a big heart. Nobody likes one who's stingy and narrow-minded towards their close friends. If all it takes is for one to make the first move about catching up with each other, why not you be the one doing that? :)
